Arnold & Porter and Adobe Legal are seeking applications for their A2 Immersion Program from current law students who are a member of a historically underrepresented group in the legal profession and will have completed one year of law school by the summer of 2025.
Arnold & Porter's Summer Associates work directly with attorneys on a combination of commercial billable, business development, and pro bono matters. All Arnold & Porter Summer Associates are assigned mentors who provide formal and informal feedback. You will participate in a comprehensive training program throughout the summer, including a Firmwide Training Forum. And, of course, attend social events designed for you to get to know other Summer Associates, attorneys, and their practices.
As a Summer Intern at Adobe, you will experience the atmosphere of corporate life at one of the world's leading software companies while learning how each of our legal teams drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire organization. You will be exposed to Adobe corporate culture, including our values, which play a key role in Adobe routinely being recognized as one of the top global software companies for work experiences.
Minimum Requirements:- Candidates must be a first-year law student in good standing pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Candidates must have a strong academic record as well as experience that demonstrates great promise for a successful career in the legal profession.
- Candidates must demonstrate how they meaningfully contribute to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion at their law school or legal community and commit to continued contributions upon entering the legal profession.

Submission
To be considered, please submit the following:- Three references (please provide name, email address, and phone number);
- Undergraduate and, if available, law school transcripts (unofficial versions are acceptable);
- A legal writing sample (10-page maximum); and
- A one-page, single-spaced, personal statement. Your personal statement should go beyond your resume to describe your unique personal history.
No cover letter is required. In-person interviews will be completed before the internship is offered.

The weekly salary for this position in Silicon Valley is $4,327.
