Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly-qualified associate with approximately 5 years' experience to join its Health Law Team.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have meaningful technology and data privacy and security experience, including the ability to provide advice in the following areas: (1) state and federal privacy laws regulatory compliance; (2) data protection, management and security (including understanding data flows, data maps); and (3) incident response. Familiarity with health care industry strongly preferred. Qualified applicants should submit a resume and law school transcript online.
