Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law, PLLC, a leading law firm specializing in humanitarian immigration law, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling various immigration cases and possess litigation experience. Prior experience working in an immigration law firm is required.

This in an onsite role in our office at Tukwila, WA

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal representation to clients in immigration court and with USCIS.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide
  • comprehensive legal services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law.
  • Advocate for clients in court, at hearings, and in negotiations with prosecutors and
  • immigration authorities.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Provide legal representation to clients in removal defense, particularly in cases involving
  • criminal charges or convictions.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law.
  • Proven experience representing clients in immigration courts and administrative
  • proceedings.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume caseload.
  • Proven track record of zealous advocacy and oral advocacy skills of the highest caliber.
  • Travel will be required.
