Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing commercial litigation associate
to join our Princeton or Newark, NJ office. The ideal candidate will
have 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm
setting, labor and employment experience a plus. New Jersey state court
experience is required. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of
federal and New Jersey state laws related to commercial litigation,
civil procedure, and evidence rules. In addition, candidates must have a
proven track record of handling and managing commercial litigation
cases independently. A strong academic background and excellent
research, writing and communication skills are essential. Candidates
must be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey. The pay for
this position will be determined based on relevant skills and
experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other
job-related factors.
