• Ability to handle all aspects of complex civil litigation matters, including client communications, motions, discovery response, court appearances, mediations and negotiating settlements
• Proficient in taking and defending depositions as well as drafting disposition motions,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to be strategic and analytical
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to help shape and expand a growing practice

• Ability to be mentored and taught remotely by attorneys in other offices

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school in the United States required
• Admitted to practice in California with an active bar license in good standing required
• 3+ years of experience in complex civil litigation required with experience in insurance litigation, municipal/public entity litigation, and construction matters preferred

Position Information:
Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
