Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school required. Preference will be given to those with strong academic credentials, a judicial clerkship, or law review experience
• Currently admitted to practice in Arkansas with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year required
• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate transactional matters required, experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and/or finance practices preferred
