Paul Hastings is seeking a Midlevel Associate for our award-winning and growing Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice, which resides within our Litigation Department and coordinates with other relevant practices across the firm. Candidates must have at least 3-6 years of significant experience with government-facing life sciences/healthcare investigations and/or significant U.S. healthcare compliance and counseling. Additional Regulatory, Medical Device and R&D experience preferred. Similar, global / FCPA experience also welcomed, as are business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. This position may reside in our New York, Houston, Los Angeles, or Orange County offices, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
