Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking highly motivated, exceptionally qualified associates (at least three to five years of experience) to join its nationally recognized litigation and disputes practice, in Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver, New York and St. Louis. We offer the opportunity to defend global companies with complex, cutting-edge legal issues in all aspects of case development, including being part of high-stakes trial teams and handling bet-the-company class and mass actions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
  • Circuit court clerkship experience.
  • Complex litigation experience within a big law firm setting.
  • Highly developed research and writing skills.
  • Preferred Experience includes handling motions, depositions, and assisting in all stages of discovery, class certification, appellate and trial work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.

Pursuant to the Colorado and New York City pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for an Associate with three to five years of experience. At the time of posting, the estimated Colorado and New York range is $215,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule.
