We are seeking a talented and motivated Class Action Attorney to join our litigation department here in our Burbank office. Our ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a docket of class action cases
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Conducting written and deposition discovery
  • Communicating with clients and potential clients
  • Conducting legal research
  • Collaborating with Class Action department staff

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2+ years of employment law class action experience
  • Strong understanding of the California Labor Code
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar
