Carlton Fields is seeking a mid-level associate for its firm-wide business transactions practice group. The ideal candidate must have experience with complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Exposure to securities offerings, corporate finance transactions and joint ventures considered a plus. Accounting or tax experience (or an LL.M. in Taxation) strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while being able to work individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are highly valued. Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 (depending on location)
