Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a dynamic Am 200 full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking an experienced Health Law Associate for our Albany, NY office.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience primarily in health/long-term care law with a strong interest in this area of legal practice. Individuals with prior experience in government, payor, or provider settings, including regulatory endorsement, contracting and policy development are also encouraged to apply.
Location
: Albany, NY/Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible
Skills and Educational Requirements:
Current NY Bar admission
J.D. degree from accredited law school
Ability to focus on the needs of clients, identity areas of research or legal solutions and provide well written and thorough work product
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with a preference to work collaboratively and as part of a client-centered team
Committed to the legal profession with a passion for navigating complex areas of Health Law in regulatory compliance, specialized contracting and overall health care client operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The salary range for this role at the Associate level is $110,000 - $150,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
