As part of Lowenstein Sandler's continued commitment to an inclusive workplace, we proudly present the 2025 Lowenstein Sandler Scholars Program.
This paid position offers 1L law students the opportunity to work with Lowenstein attorneys during our 10-week summer associate program, in any of our offices firmwide. Candidates must be currently enrolled, full-time 1L students at accredited law schools.
After successful completion of the 1L Summer Associate Program, 2025 LS Scholars will receive up to a $10,000 scholarship for 2L tuition and related fees. If LS Scholars are offered and accept Summer Associate positions with Lowenstein for their 2L summer and they remain in good standing during their 2L academic year, they will receive up to a $15,000 scholarship for 3L tuition and related fees after successful completion of the 2L Summer Associate Program in 2026.

Writing sample from first semester legal writing course (original student work product – see guidelines below):
Please submit only legal brief or research memoranda for your writing sample; scholarly articles will not be permitted.
Please limit your writing samples to no more than 15 pages.
Please submit a cover sheet with your writing sample. In the cover sheet, please: (a) explain the assignment that generated the sample; (b) explain what sections, if any, you omitted from the sample to meet the 15-page limit; and (c) identify any persons who assisted you in drafting it.
