Allen Matkins is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our expanding Bankruptcy, Receivership & Creditor Remedies team. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience with commercial litigation, including creditors' rights/remedies (secured creditor preference), receivership, bankruptcy, and commercial landlord/ tenant matters.
  • Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
  • AmLaw 200 firm experience preferred.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $210,000 to $250,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
