The Tampa office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to support our core labor and employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-4 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of several talented attorneys. We are looking for the next team member to join our community and has a growth mindset.

Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. You will also have the opportunity to counsel clients through day-to-day workplace and related challenges. Fisher Phillips is on the cutting edge when it comes to innovation and technology, and we seek team members who share our desire to leverage these platforms.

We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to support our clients and fellow team members. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
