Kelley Kronenberg is expanding its Construction Litigation Practice in our Fort Lauderdale office, and we're looking for talented attorneys to join our dynamic and innovative team! Whether you're a seasoned associate with at least three years of experience or a partner-level attorney seeking an exciting new opportunity, this role offers the chance to work on high-stakes cases, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to the continued success of a growing practice.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle a diverse caseload of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and lien enforcement.
  • Provide exceptional legal counsel to clients, crafting strategies tailored to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and paralegals to deliver high-quality, efficient legal solutions.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through responsive communication and reliable service.
  • Engage in business development efforts supported by Kelley Kronenberg's in-house Business Development and Marketing teams.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction litigation, including hands-on litigation and case management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida construction laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
  • A commitment to delivering superior client service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for growth and team-building.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing is required.
