Education and Experience- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school required. Preference will be given to those with strong academic credentials, a judicial clerkship, or law review experience
- Currently admitted to practice in Colorado with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate transactional matters required with experience in real estate, lending, finance, and/or leasing transactional practices
Position Information:- Status: Exempt
- Salary Range: $170,000-$190,000 base per year
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
