What you will do:As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently reviewing contracts, researching healthcare provider claims and thoroughly documenting investigation results. Your goal will be to identify and implement timely resolution strategies resulting in maximum recovery percentage rates with a minimal average lifecycle for all matters.
- Ideally, you'll have 3+ years' litigation experience and a healthcare background., but we are open to someone more junior that has taken the bar and awaiting results with solid law clerk experience.
- You'll have Litigation/Dispute Resolution experience along with excellent analytical and writing skills. You'll have the ability to manage a significant caseload and produce quality work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- It's a plus if you have experience with health plan and/or hospital operations, with hospital reimbursement and/or revenue cycle.
