The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage hour. Demonstrated skill advising clients on workplace policies and day-to-day legal issues a plus. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements with a high level of persuasive advocacy. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We know what factors are needed to provide outstanding client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the Washington Bar is required.

The yearly salary range for this position is $165,000 – $190,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
