Litigation Associate (Hybrid)

• Ability to be mentored and taught remotely by attorneys in other offices

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Law Degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school required
• Preference will be given to those with strong academic credentials, a judicial clerkship, or law review experience
• Currently admitted to practice in Washington State with an active bar license in good standing required
• Minimum three years of experience in complex commercial and/or employment litigation with court room and trial experience required
• Preference given to those with copyright and/or trademark litigation experience

Position Information:
Salary Range: $140,000-$165,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Status: Exempt
Work Location: Hybrid 3:2
