Saul Ewing LLP and NCS Pearson Inc. are looking forward to cohosting a Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) 1L summer Clerk in 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Clerk to experience what it is like working in Minneapolis in both law firm and corporate environments.

Saul Ewing is a 450+ attorney law firm with 18 offices in 11 states. Saul Ewing's Summer Associate Program focuses on giving students a real sense of what it's like to be a full-time associate at the firm. Students work on a variety of client matters in different practice areas and have experiential learning opportunities, which may include client meetings, closings, court conferences, depositions and trials. This position is part of the TCDIP 1L clerkship program. Clerks will be invited to participate in TCDIP programming throughout the summer, including networking events, professional development workshops, and a mentoring program. Compensation for this position is anticipated to be at least $7,916 semi-monthly (twice a month). The actual amount will be set just prior to the start of the 2025 Summer Program. Saul Ewing is currently working in a hybrid environment.

Saul Ewing will hire a TCDIP 1L Clerk with the goal of evaluating the student for a 2026 2L Summer Associate position.
