Description:

Cadwalader is seeking candidates with at least three years of experience working on transactions that provide debt financing solutions for fund sponsors and fund investors, including collateralized fund obligations, rated note feeders and NAV facilities. Prior work with private equity fund sponsors or lenders to such sponsors and prior knowledge of (or interest in) structured finance and capital markets is necessary. Qualified candidates must have experience reviewing private equity fund documents, drafting debt financing documents (including ancillary documents), managing transactions and working on a deal team. Ideal candidates will be driven, motivated to learn, and poised to add immediate value in a dynamic and expanding client-facing practice. This position will work across all three of Cadwalader's US offices, and candidates can sit in Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Washington, DC.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
