Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Associate to join our Pre-Litigation team. Associates report directly to an assigned Partner and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases
  • Draft various secondary documents to facilitate case proceedings
  • Initiate communication with the opposing council
  • Providing guidance to support staff as needed
  • Bring positivity to the workplace and lead by example
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must be in good standing with the California State Bar*
