Saul Ewing is seeking a real estate associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our commercial real estate team in our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey. Experience with implementation of AI software for use in maintaining and analyzing data room materials is strongly preferred. Candidates will work closely with mid-level and senior attorneys throughout the firm to provide high-quality services to our clients involved in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, loans and development matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and loan documents, reviewing title and survey documents, collaborating with colleagues on intra-office transactions, developing and maintaining client relationships, and staying current with relevant laws, regulations and industry trends. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Illinois. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, and other job-related factors.
