Saul Ewing is seeking a highly motivated and skilled litigation associate to join our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience handling complex commercial disputes and a strong understanding of litigation procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial matters, representing clients in state and federal courts. An excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing and communication skills, along with deposition and court hearing experience are essential for this role. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts. Admission to the state bar of Rhode Island and/or Connecticut is strongly preferred. Candidates who are not currently admitted to Rhode Island or Connecticut must be willing to seek admission. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
