Fennemore, an AM Law 200 Law Firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an associate attorney with at least five years' quality experience in complex commercial litigation to join our growing Denver office. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings. Candidate must have a strong academic record and excellent professional credentials. Admission to practice law in Colorado or willingness to sit for the Bar or otherwise qualify for admission required.

Compensation: Fennemore's compensation is merit-based, and varies depending upon multiple factors including experience, location and productivity. The estimated salary for a fifth year attorney who fills this position is no less than $173,000 annually, plus a very lucrative objective and subjective bonus program. Salary and bonuses increase significantly with more experience and productivity above minimum expectations.
