Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Attorney to join our Litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a docket of employment litigation cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
  • Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research
  • Participate in mediations and depositions
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on cases

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2-5 years of employment litigation experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
