Quarles & Brady LLP seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our Commercial Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice in the Chicago office. Applicants must have experience in the following: (i) all phases of bankruptcy, including motion practice, discovery, trial experience, claims work, preference work, and workouts, (ii) receiverships, guaranty actions and trustee sales; and (iii) knowledge or interest in federal and state litigation, including defensive and enforcement litigation work. In addition, the successful candidate must have strong research and drafting skills.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, education, and skills of the applicant, including book of business for more experienced roles, and other job-related factors. The range for associates physically located in Chicago is $190,000 to $265,000 per year.
