Saul Ewing is looking for a talented litigation associate to join our District of Columbia office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of general litigation experience. Applicants must have extensive experience working within the Virginia State and Federal Court process. A strong knowledge of consumer financial services litigation and government enforcement matters is strongly preferred. An excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing and communication skills, along with deposition and court hearing experience are essential for this role. Candidates must have an active bar admission in the State of Virginia. Active admission to the bar of the District of Columbia is not required, but candidates should be willing to pursue admission to the bar of the District of Columbia through waiver. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
