The Jacksonville Office of Lippes Mathias LLP seeks an ambitious attorney with 3-5 years of experience for an Attorney position with our Labor & Employment Practice Team.

Our team of employment attorneys possesses the expertise, experience, and perspective needed to guide management through the challenges faced by businesses of all sizes—from start-ups to large public companies and not-for-profit organizations.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with a focus on both preventative counseling and litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base across various industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, financial services, healthcare, and more.

Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in Florida.
  • 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Strong litigation skills and experience in handling employment-related disputes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary range DOE: $95,000-$125,000/year

The pay range provided in this listing is a good faith estimate for this position based on the location that we are hiring for. Criteria included but not limited to, skill level, education, and experience, will determine where a candidate falls within the range.
