Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic First Party Property Attorney to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale. We are a steadily growing Florida Law firm with passionate Attorneys to learn from, and multiple paths for advancement.

As a First Party Property Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to property insurance claims, including litigation, negotiation, and settlement. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation and outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in handling First Party Property insurance claims, but any experience in civil litigation is considered.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
