The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 7+ years of traditional labor experience. The ideal candidate will have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidates with employment litigation and some labor experience will be considered. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Admission to the Colorado Bar is required
In Accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this position will be: $210,000 - $230,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
