The Las Vegas office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are looking for the next team member to join our community and has a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Experience defending private and public entities in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with good skills in any litigation arena. If you have substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, we invite you to apply. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. You will also have the opportunity to educate clients through learning programs geared to guide them through challenging moments with their business using unique technology platforms.
